Appointed as the member of the growing New Media team at BBC Wales. Working on a large range of projects within bbc.co.uk/wales and bbc.co.uk/cymru in addition to projects for central bbc.co.uk and Interactive TV.
Senior designer, Peter Gill & Associates

Senior web designer at Peter Gill & Associates in Cardiff. The role involved extensive project management and team co-ordination. Projects ranged from marketing driven microsites to engaging e-learning applications and CD-ROMs.
Art Director, AGENCY.COM: London
Sept 1999 - Sept 2001
Appointed to work within a large creative department in one of the worlds largest new media agencies. Clients include British Airways, Compaq, MTV, Camel Trophy, RSPCA and One 2 One. I was involved in the redesign of the British Airways UK gateway and various other global projects.
From January 2001 to September 2001 I was Lead Art Director on the redesign of One 2 Ones website. This project was a complete redesign of the site to incorporate a new content management system and various services. One 2 Ones brand also had to be brought up to date and this involved in-depth work with other agencies such as FutureBrand and Bartle Bogle Hegarty.

Part of a large creative team in Australia's largest and most successful web development company. Art director on several projects for major global clients such as Lexus, Toyota and Izzey Miyake and several large Australian clients; The University of Sydney, Southcorp Wines & Federal Casinos. Spike has a history of developing cutting edge creative web sites for business and the arts industry globally. Involved in a number of arts industry sites also - The Flickerfest and Go Girl Festival.

Initially appointed at a junior level but soon progressed to handling project management on several large accounts including Kelloggs, Reebok, Cube Gallery and Kleenex. Undertook design from the initial briefings through to finished product. Also undertook many project management roles from print-specifications to Art directing photoshoots.
