Flow: A money organiser for freelancers and small businessesA few weeks ago, I wrote about my difficulty managing an increasing amount of requests for work and creating and tracking the paperwork associated with this process. I decided to build something in Expression Engine to solve my needs, but it was far from perfect. In fact, there was so much missing from my prototype, that it made sense to develop it further.

So, without further ado, let me introduce you to Flow; a money organiser for freelancers and small businesses.

Did Google Just Rip Off 37Signals?
Huddlechat has now been taken down by Google, which is a shame. I don't think Huddlechat was a rip-off. It was designed to conventions, as was Campfire. The difference was, 37Signals got there first.

A picture of Mark BoultonI'm a graphic designer from near Cardiff in the UK. I've been a designer for over ten years now and primarily work on the web. I'm still partial to a bit of print every now and then though. I used to work for Agency.com in London as an Art Director before working as a Senior Designer for the BBC in sunny Cardiff. This was all before I took leave of my senses and formed my own design consultancy, Mark Boulton Design Ltd.
