		<description>&lt;p&gt;i`d just like to say that if eddy butler is the best that the bbc. could find to replace bill mc claren then this is a sorry state of affairs.the way i always understood it was that the comentator was supposed to remain impatial, mr.butler seems incapable of this especialy with regards to england, to be fair they do hold the world cup, but there are other teams besides them,i have to ask myself ,is mr. butler a frustrated welshman who wishes to be english!!he was a mediocef no.8. and how he got to captain a welsh side is anyones guess,his comentrys, are unbelivable,ie. if he had gone over it would have been a try!! mind blowing.
