Small changes to Snooch CSS

Some minor changes to the Snooch CSS to ensure Screen and Print stylesheets are working correctly.
I’ve separated the CSS from Movable Type, so now MT refers to the CSS as a .tmpl file. The Screen stylesheet then imports the standard Snooch stylesheet. The print stylesheet is seperate and will be worked on to ensure printed material from Snooch works optimally for print.
I’ve also centralised the CSS and all “furniture” graphics. These all now reside at a top level and are referred to in the CSS only, not the templates.
