User Experience Accountability

Scott Hirsch at Adaptive Path has written an interesting article on User Experience Accountability.

As designers we’re all too aware that we are under scrutiny on how a project runs. These metrics generally define a projects success but Scott points out that they are not metrics by which we can judge User Experience and therefore an accurate ROI indication.

    Hi Mark

Did my usual browsing, hitting bookmarked links after ‘that game’ tonight that promised so much and delivered so little and was pleasantly surprised to come across the new all improved snooch site.

So Mr Boulton has finally opted for a truely all encompassing accessible site wahooo …

“This Page Is Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional!”

Imaginet have gone whole hog down this road and soon I will have some sites to show you which like snooch have gone down the same W3C path. The reason? To generate more money of course!

Anyway keep on updating th site as your usual folowers will be here in their droves. Oh and before I go are you coming Friday 28 at Terra Nova for 8pm? … c’mon you know it makes sense!

Kind regards and a pat on the back

    Graham
