Objective
The objective was to create comprehensive documentation and guidelines on which the MAP could be built in the future. MAP had to be consistant in visual language across multiple digital channels (Web, WAP, SMS and PDA) and be flexible enough to accomodate One 2 One’s brand vision in the coming years.
Solution
The research and development phase of the project lasted well over six months working closely with One 2 Ones internal interactive marketing team. During this time the several objectives were achieved - integration of legacy functionality ("Ask Yasmin” contextual help application), content matrix, use cases and user flows and a complete information architecture redesign.
The graphic design of the new site would follow a number of business requirements from One 2 One and various agencies. It was designed “from the ground up” and included extensive brand developement (palette, typography, grids, etc). These were then applied to detailed documentation and supplied with a prototype for a One 2 One in-house build. (details of documentation available on request)
- Guidelines on how portal may be built
- Developing existing One 2 One brand guidelines to include web and mobile based criteria
- Lead a team of designers and creative directors.
- Brings One 2 One digital channel presence more in line with off line branding through regular contact through other agencies including Bartle Bogle Hegarty and Futurebrand.
