Objectives

The conversion of this old building needed a strong marketing drive behind it in order to sell the apartments and finance the build.

Fresco communication were approached by the PR company handling the promotion of the project to design the marketing material.

Solution

The project began with the design of the logo. The logo is contemporary and clean in it’s execution. It harks back to a glory time for Manchester in the early nineteen nineties with it’s use of Helvetica Thin. This typeface was used widely during that time.

The primary sales vehicle, a glossy oversize brochure, was to be designed around the aspirational aspects of the building and lifestyle. A photoshoot was planned to focus in on the lifestyle that would be associated with the apartments and the lifestyle that people would want to buy in to.

It worked very well. All the apartments were sold within a year of the apartment block opening.
